Education and Sponsorship: Primary & Secondary,
vocational &Skills Development

We believe that education is a powerful tool in breaking the cycle of poverty and eliminating child labor. Our education and vocational training program is designed to empower vulnerable children and youth particularly those at risk or victims of child labor by providing them with access to formal education and practical skills that open doors to lifelong opportunities.

Enrollment into Primary, Secondary, and Vocational Institutions

We identify children affected by or at risk of child labor and facilitate their enrollment into formal education systems. Whether it’s primary, secondary, or vocational institutions, CaRNaC Uganda ensures that every child we support receives an education tailored to their needs, interests, and potential.

Our team works closely with families, community leaders, and local schools to remove barriers to education, such as lack of school fees, uniforms, or scholastic materials. In doing so, we create a pathway for these children to regain their childhood, pursue their dreams, and become active contributors to society.

Internship Placements for Vocational Students

We recognize that hands-on experience is crucial for vocational students to transition from training to employment. Through our wide network of partner organizations, workshops, and businesses, we help vocational students secure internship placements in various fields such as carpentry, tailoring, hairdressing, welding, plumbing, mechanics, and more.

These internships provide students with essential on-the-job experience, build their confidence, and expose them to real work environments, greatly increasing their chances of future employment.

For our vocational graduates, learning doesn’t end at graduation. CaRNaC Uganda continues to support them by linking them with job opportunities through a robust network of partner companies and organizations.

We have established trusted relationships with employers who recognize the value of our graduates and often absorb them when employment opportunities arise. Our goal is to help young people transition smoothly into the workforce, achieve financial independence, and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
